Tandoori chicken skewers
If you like Indian food, you'll enjoy this tandoori chicken recipe
1. The day before, squeeze the lemon juice Cut the chicken breasts into pieces and place them in a shallow dish and sprinkle the lemon juice. Peel and chop the garlic.
2. Pour the yogurt in a shallow dish. Add the garlic, ginger, powdered cilantro, paprika, cumin and 3 drops of food colouring. Add salt and pepper and mix well. Skewer the chicken pieces and marinate them well on all sides. Place for 12 hours in the fridge.
3. The next day, preheat the oven in "grill". Cover a baking tray with aluminium foil. Move the tray to the highest position in the oven and bake for 40 minutes. Turn the skewers several times during the course of the baking.
4. Rinse, dry and chop the fresh cilantro. Peel the onions and slice. Wash the tomatoes and cut into quarters. Heat the naan bread.
5. Place the skewers on the naans and garnish with the tomato wedges and slices of onion. Add fresh cilandro and serve warm.
