Shrimp risotto
If you want to prepare an easy dish to make, the shrimp risotto recipe is for you.
1. Peel and slice the onions. Sauté without browning in a pan with 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the rice. When it becomes translucent, wet with white wine. Cook, stirring constantly, until the liquid is absorbed .
2. Continue cooking for 15 minutes, adding gradually the tea, using a ladle. Salt and pepper.
3. Peel the shrimps, leaving the tails. Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan and sauté the shrimp for 5 minutes over high heat. Season with salt, pepper and Espelette pepper.
4. When the rice is cooked, stir in the butter in pieces, grated parmesan and mix. Let cool off the heat for a few minutes covered. Divide the risotto and shrimp in 6 plates. Serve immediately.
