General informations
Ingredients
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (th. 6/7). Wash 6 leeks, cut in half and slice the white parts. Cook for 3 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain and set aside.
2. Peel and chop 2 shallots and 1 garlic clove. Rinse and mince 3 sprigs of parsley. In a saucepan, sauté the shallots and garlic in 40 g of butter.
3. Stir in 40 g flour, cook for 2 minutes and pour 50 cl of semi-skimmed milk. Salt and pepper, cook for 3 minutes and add the leek, 1 egg yolk and parsley.
4. Pour into a baking dish. Top with 300 g of scallops and sprinkle with 150 g grated cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.
