General informations
Ingredients
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6). In a bowl, whisk 3 eggs and 280 g of brown sugar. Add 180 g butter, 200 g dark chocolate. Mix well.
2. With a spatula, combine 100 g of heavy cream and 110 g sift flour. Add 100 g of crushed walnuts or hazelnuts.
3. Brush a mold with 20 g melted butter and dust with flour. Pour the batter on 3 cm of thickness. Bake for 20 minutes.
4. Bake until the tip of a knife inserted in the center comes out almost slightly sticky. Let cool before unmolding.
