General informations
Ingredients
1. Mix hazelnut powder, flour, sugar and salt. Add soft butter in pieces. Knead with your palm the dough until a sablé cookie texture. Add the egg yolk.
2. Shape a ball and roll it out between 2 parchment paper sheets for 5-7 mm thick. Place in the chiller for about 15 minutes.
3. Use a cookie cutter and place them on a baking sheet.
4. Bake for 10-12 minutes (convection) to 220 ° or 190 ° with a convection oven. The sablé cookies should not be too golden.
5. Let cool and sprinkle with icing sugar.
