Goat cheese lovers will enjoy this recipe to prepare an apple and potato gratin with goat cheese.

1. Wash the potatoes. Dry and cut into 2/3 lengthwise. Cut the goat cheese into 12 slices.

2. Preheat the oven at 180°C(th. 6).

3. Garnish the potato slices with the goat cheese, season with pepper only and cover with the potatoes.

4. Grease an oven dish, wash the apples, dry and remove the core. Cut into strips. Arrange in the bottom of the dish.

5. Then, add the potatoes. Sprinkle with the chopped salted butter and the thyme. Bake for 35 minutes. Prick the potatoes to test the texture. Serve the gratin hot.
