Ingredients
1. Squeeze the juice of 2 grapefruits, add 4 tablespoons of sucralose sugar and 2 tablespoons of orange flower water. Pour into a shallow dish, and place in the freezer
2. After 30 minutes, scrape the surface with a fork, then put in the freezer. Repeat the process several times until a granita texture.
3. Pour the granita into small bowls and garnish with a leaf of fresh mint.
