Scrambled eggs with bacon and grapefruit

This recipe is trying an unusual marriage between eggs and grapefruit. The result is pleasantly surprising!

1. Peel the grapefruits and segment without the skin. Cut again into 2 or 3 sections. Set aside.

2.  In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. When it starts foaming, add the eggs one at a time, stirring constantlyWhen it begins to set, remove from heat, add the cream and continue to stir making zig zag. Salt and pepper and mix again.

3.  Add the finely chopped chives and diced grapefruit. In a skillet, fry the bacon. Toast the bread. Serve immediately.
