General informations
Ingredients
1. Preheat the oven to 150°C (th. 5). Bring the milk to a boil.
2. Whisk the eggs with the two sugars and then add the flour. Pour the milk into the egg / sugar mixture, whisking constantly. Set aside.
3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Transfer in a tart pan. Prick with a fork and pour the custard. Bake for 50 minutes if the dough colors too quickly, cover with foil.
4. 5 minutes before the end of cooking, sprinkle brown sugar. Finally remove the art from the oven and let cool. Place it in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
