Seafood curry
Gourmand Asia recommends this easy recipe of seafood curry. You will love this dish.
1. Cut 500 g desalted cod pieces. Break the shell of 500 g of spider crab, and collect the flesh.
2. Peel and finely chop 1 onion and 2 cloves of garlic. Cut 3 green peppers in half, then slice them. Wash and slice 1/2 leek.
3. In a skillet, brown for 2 to 3 minutes the onion, garlic, chilli and ginger with 3 tablespoons of oil and stir. Incorporate 50 cl of coconut milk, leek, 2 tablespoons of curry powder, salt and simmer for 10 minutes over medium heat.
4. Add the fish and spider crab with 1 lemongrass stick. Cook for another 10 to 15 minutes on low heat.
5. Peel and cut the tomatoes into four. Put them in a pan with 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh cilantro, 2 to 3 minutes before the end of cooking. Season with the lime juice and serve.
