Fish curry with basmati rice

1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a small pan and fry the rice until the grains turn translucent.

2. Cover with water and salt it. Leave to cook over low heat for 11 to 15 minutes. Cut the fish into large cubes. Peel and chop the onions. In a skillet, brown the onions in the remaining olive oil. Add the raisins and the cubes of fish, and the curry paste.

3. Mix well to coat the fish with the paste. Add salt and cover. Leave to simmer for 5 minutes.

4.  Wash and dry the apple. At the last moment, cut them into quarters and remove the core. Chop into fine quarters.

5. Serve the rice and fish on a plate. Decorate with the apples.
