1. Preheat oven to 160°C (th. 5/6). Peel 4 potatoes and 4 apples, cut into slices. Grease with butter a baking dish and arrange half  of the potatoes and apples.

2.  Combine 2 minced shallots, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Sprinkle over the apples and potatoes, then place 4 cod fillets, and cover with the rest of the shallot mixture and finish with 1 thin layer of potatoes and apples.

3. Baste with 20cl half-skimmed milk, sprinkle with 50 g of breadcrumbs and 50 g of parmesan cheese. Bake for 35 minutes.
