Beetroot salad

A little onion, beetroot and vinegar and you’ll realize this fresh and tangy salad.

  Ingredients

1. Grate the beetroot coarsely. Slice the onions.

2. Place a layer of beetroot in the bottom of a glass jar, salt, pepper, spread a thin layer of onions. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.

3. Drizzle with vinegar. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
