General informations
Ingredients
1. In a large saucepan of salted water cook pasta, drain in a colander. Scald tomatoes for 1minute and refresh with cold water. Peel and dice tomatoes. Rinse, pat dry and thin out bail. Slice mozzarella. Set aside.
2. Preheat oven to th. 7-210 °C. In an oiled gratin dish, place a layer of penne pasta, then a layer of tomatoes, finishing with a layer of pasta. Cover with cheese, salt and pepper.
3. Bake for about 20 minutes until it is brown. Sprinkle with basil and serve.
