This week check out our five-star selection of Singapore’s best venues to enjoy bar bites, brunches and buffets.

Lewin Terrace Bar

Have you ever wanted to go to Lewin Terrace but were running short of cash? Well now you don't have to worry as the Japanese-French gastronomic restaurant now boasts a bar featuring premium sakes and signature cocktails inspired by Fort Canning's spice garden.
To complement the spicy cocktails (SGD18++) and fine sakes, chef Ryoichi Kano crafted Japanese-inspired bar chow such as the Hokkaido tempura squid with potato and chilli.

Saint Tropez Sunday Brunch

Ready for a barbecue and pool party? Embark on the French Riviera this Sunday and join the St Tropez brunch at Lantern.
A buffet of fresh seafood, grilled meats, smoothies and desserts will await you while chefs prepare 'live' tiger prawns and peppered minute steaks on a barbecue pit. Cherry on the cake - a bottle per couple of the prestigious Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut Champagne.
And no pool party is complete without good music. Move to the sound of Lantern's resident DJ and dive right into the pool!
The St Tropez Sunday brunch is held every second and last Sunday of the month from 12.30pm till 4.00pm, pried at SGD98++.

The Screening Room

After seven years of operation, The Screening Room has been revamped, and it is for the best!
We love the large rooftop bar, relaxing atmoshpere and mouth-watering items from the old and new bite menu. Among our favourites are 'bag em'crabs' (SGD15++), 'stick o'lamb' (SGD25++).

Sunday brunch, Shelter in the Woods

We already told you about the traditional and hearty French food of Shelter in the Woods.
They now aslo offer a Sunday brunch menu featuring delicious items like 'quiche lorraine' (SGD12.50++), 'Eggs benedict' (SGD22++), 'French toast' (SGD17.50++).

Neptunian repast, Pan Pacific

Every Wednesday and Thursday, Hooked@Edge offers up a Neptunian feast (SGD88++). Inspired by the seven seas specialties, indulge in a 'Moreish seafood paella' fom Spain, or a 'seafood ceviche' from the shores of South America. A must-try is the signature dish, 'fish head curry', based on a traditional recipe. Also a good note is that local drinks, coffee and tea are included on free flow terms.
