As a father himself, chef Pang believes that men are more into savouries than sweets. However, who would not have a slice of this outstanding three layer cake? House-made light rye bread garnished with tomato marmalade, cream cheese mascarpone chantilly, egg mayonnaise, smoked salmon and prawns. Pickles, zucchini, and saffron curry crumble put the final touch at this original and flavourful delicacy to be shared with the family.
