Eggplants and zucchinis are common accompaniments to numerous dishes and add flavour to many entrees.

We ask you for tips on cooking them.

Here are your answers:

Isabella C. tells us:

‘Since I am from the South of France, I  like them sauteed with olive oil, garlic and parsley. Whether it is a little crunchy or in a soft ratatouille….it is yummy!’

Mmm, mouthwatering!

Sophie D. shares her cooking process:

‘I make my eggplant confit in a mixture of lemon juice and honey. Then I keep it for 4 to 6 weeks in olive oil with garlic, basil and spices (coriander, pepper).’

A great way to prepare!

Elsa E. gives us this tip:

‘I stuff my zucchinis with beef and coriander. Perfect.’

We can’t wait to try that out.
