In winter, there is nothing like a good soup.   To make it a success every time, we have asked your tips and tricks.   Here are your best suggestions.

Ysabelle Y. says:

‘For my part I always put stock cubes (poultry, vegetables, etc.) and my favorite mix is: potatoes, leeks, carrots and turnips!’

Jennifer M. share her tips:

 ‘Cover the vegetables with water. Pour in at least one liter but not too much, it is better to add! Do not put too many potatoes, they can make the soup starchy .’
