How to cook gnocchi?

A complete dish, economical and easy to achieve. Fry 500 g of ground beef in olive oil and sprinkle a teaspoon of curry powder. Remove the seeds and chop 1 red pepper and 1 green pepper, add them to the meat. Salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Cook the gnocchi in water and spread them in the dish. Cover with liquid cream, sprinkle with parmesan and bake for 25 minutes at th. 6-180°C.

Gnocchi gratin

Serve hot, complmented with a green salad on the side.

In a skillet, fry 100 g of bacon cut into sticks over medium heat. Add 15 cl of cream and 150 g of fresh goat cheese, crushing with a fork. Add some Espelette pepper and chives. Pan fry the gnocchi then divide into 4 ramekins. Top with the goat cream mixture and place on top a slice of goat cheese. Place a few minutes under the broiler until the cheese is golden.

Veal paupiettes with gnocchis

The crispy paupiettes combined with fluffy gnocchi … A treat! Peel 1 onion and slice. Make them brown in a pan with a little olive oil. Add 1 sprig of rosemary and 2 tomatoes, peeled and cut into pieces. Deglaze with 3 tablespoons of white wine. Add salt and pepper and cook for 5 minutes over low heat. pan fry 4 veal paupiettes with a little olive oil.

Mix them with tomato sauce and cook for another 40 minutes, basting regularly. Make the gnocchi, then pour the sauce and sprinkle with grated parmesan.

Gnocchi with sage butter

A simple sauce of melted butter and sage. Melt 120 g butter in a pan, add 1 handful of sage leaf and cook on low heat. Cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water, then drain and pour into the pan along with the sage butter. Mix well, add some lemon zest and serve with grated parmesan.

Spinach and gnocchi

If your children don’t like spinach, try this recipe with gnocchi. Press 500 g of frozen chopped spinach to remove as much water as possible. Mix them in a bowl with 150g of grated parmesan, 2 beaten eggs and 120 g of flour. Pepper and sprinkle with ground nutmeg. Floured your work surface. Roll out the dough, cut 2 cm strips then cut in sections of 2 cm. Roll and crush them with a fork. Boil a large pot of salted water. Immerse the gnocchi. When they rise to the surface, drain. Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with parmesan.
