Chef Pang Kok Keong of Antoinette never disappoints when it comes to innovative desserts. The Queen’s Yu Sheng (SGD88++) was created for the chef’s two young daughters who were too young to stomach the raw fish in the traditional yusheng. And from there, the idea for The Queen’s Yu Sheng was born. The magnificent dish comes with a large golden egg atop a nest of sweets such as ingots and coins. A wooden mallet is provided and the golden egg is cracked open to reveal fresh tropical fruits like fresh pomelo and mango. Talk about turning a salad into a dessert!

The Fullerton Cake Boutique -

How can you say no to anything made of gula melaka? The Fullerton Cake Boutique created the 'red lion gula melaka with coconut buttercream (SGD88 for 1.8kg) for the season, and how apt of them. This rich cake is made with Italian butter cream and coconut purée encased within an auspicious red fondant topped with a lion caricature, marrying tradition with fine patisserie.
