Broccoli and camembert individual quiches
Quiche is a dish that everyone enjoys. Today we suggest this original and friendly recipe to make broccoli and camembert individual quiches.
1. Cut the broccoli florets in pieces and immerse in salted boiling water for 15 minutes, then drain. Preheat the oven to th. 6 – 180°C.
2. Roll out the shortcrust dough and cut 6 discs slightly larger than the size of tartlet molds. Fit dough in the pie molds. Prick the dough with a fork. Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk. Add milk and cream. Salt, pepper and beat again.
3. Cut the broccoli and camembert into small pieces. You may remove the rind on camembert, if it is too thick.
4. Divide broccoli and camembert in the bottom of the tart. Pour the mixture. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, the top should be golden brown. Grate some nutmeg on each quiche. Serve warm.
