Zucchini with fresh goat cheese

1. Wash the zucchini and cut into 4 slices 1 cm thick. Cook for 1 minute in boiling salted water, then cool immediately in cold water and drain on paper towels. Remove the flesh using a round cutter. Then mix the diced apple with chives, curry and fresh goat cheese.

2. Arrange the zucchini slices into 4 shallow plates and stuff each of them with the cheese mixture using a pastry bag. Serve.
