1. Preheat the oven to th. 6/7 - 200°C. Cut the red pepper in half, remove the seeds and cut into cubes. Pour the olive oil in a pan and fry the pepper, garlic and onions with cumin. Add the frozen ground meat and raisins, sprinkle with curry and cook, stirring.

2. Add the crushed almonds, parsley, salt, pepper and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.

3. Cut the top of the zucchini. Place in a steamer with the tops and cook 10 minutes.

4. Scoop out the flesh and garnish with meat. Place in the oven for 10 minutes.
