Ingredients
1. Cook 250 g of spaghetti or tagliatelle as per the instructions on the packaging.
2. Peel and chop 1 onion, fry in a pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Cut 8 mushrooms into strips, add them in the pan.
3. In a bowl, beat 4 eggs with 3 tablespoons of milk. Salt and pepper lightly.
4. Drain the pasta, pour into the pan. Add the eggs and 140 g of grated cheese. Stir and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
