With this lentil velouté and curry recipe, you will cook an original and delicious dish.

1. Peel and slice the onions and garlic. Heat the poultry stock in a large saucepan. Add the lentils, onions and garlic, salt and pepper. Cook for 35 minutes.

2. Blend the soup until a velouté. Transfer into the saucepan and heat over low heat for 5 minutes.

3. Divide the soup into cups. Pour a little oil and sprinkle with curry. Serve warm.
