1. Preheat oven to 150°C (th. 5). Roll out 1 shortcrust dough onto a tart pan and prick the tart shell with a fork.

2. In a bowl, beat 2 eggs. Stir 1 yogurt, 20 cl cream, pink peppercorn. Pepper and salt lightly. Sprinkle the tart shell with 20g grated parmesan cheese.

3. Arrange 2 jars of spear trimmed green asparagus on the dough Then pour over the mixture. Sprinkle with 30g of grated parmesan cheese. Bake the tart for about 35 minutes.
