If you like savoury tarts, here is an easy recipe to prepare a quiche with chanterelle mushrooms. A light and delicious dish.

Ingredients
1. Wash the chanterelles. Peel the garlic. Rinse, dry, thin out the parsley. Chop garlic and parsley. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the mushrooms with garlic and parsley. Salt and pepper. Cook for 15 minutes.
2. In a bowl, beat the cream, milk and whole eggs. Salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to th. 7-210°C.
3. Roll out the pastry with parchment paper lined into a tart pan. Prick the dough with a fork. Divide the mushrooms into the tart shell and pour the mixture. Bake for 25 minutes. Serve warm.
