1. Preheat the oven to th. 6-180°C. In a bowl, whisk the yogurt with the flour. Measure the flour with the yogurt pot. Add the eggs, one by one, then the sugar, oil, yeast and stir well until a smooth batter.

2. Buttered a loaf pan. Pour in the batter. Bake for 40 minutes. Check for doneness with a knife: it should come out clean.

3. Let cool and serve the sliced cake with red fruit sauce, jam or chocolate spread.
