Vegan spice bread, that is to say without eggs or dairy products, is very soft and fragrant, perfect for long winter nights.

  Ingredients

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

2. Mix all the dry ingredients together, including spices.

3. Melt the margarine and add the agave and maple syrup.

4. Mix the dry elements with the apple compote, margarine, milk and cider vinegar.

5. Bake the pain d’épices for 50 minutes until a knife comes out dry.
