Ingredients
1. Wash the red currants, dry and loosen.
2. Mix with a fork the flour, yeast, sugar, salt and add the butter. Finally, add the milk gradually, stirring gently.
3. Preheat the oven to th. 6/7 – 200°C. Fill the buttered muffin tins with the batter up to the half, then lightly press the red currants. Bake for 25 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
