Calling all sweet lovers, this recipe for muffins with red currants is for you. Easy to make, it will please everyone.

1. Wash the red currants, dry and loosen.

2. Mix with a fork the flour, yeast, sugar, salt and add the butter. Finally, add the milk gradually, stirring gently.

3. Preheat the oven to th. 6/7 200°C. Fill the buttered muffin tins with the batter up to the half, then lightly press the red currants. Bake for 25 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
