Here is a very tasty recipe to prepare prune cupcakes. To be served for dessert.

1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6). Grease muffin tins. Put 250 g of pitted prunes and seeds of 1 green cardamom pod, let rise for 1 hour in a bowl with 25 cl of boiling water.

2. Mix the prunes and their soaking water with 100 g of brown sugar. Add 2 tablespoons of oil and 2 eggs, one by one, mixing after each addition.

3. In a bowl, mix 180 g of flour, 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 teaspoons of baking powder and 1 pinch of salt. Mix.

4. Pour into the molds and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool before unmolding.

5. Finely chop 70 g of dark chocolate in a bowl. Bring 7 cl of cream to a simmer 7 cl and pour over the chocolate. Let rest for 30 seconds, then mix. Add 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt and mix.

6. Coat the tops of the cakes.
