For a successful orange sauce, you just need to carefully follow our advice. A delicious addition over quark cheese.

Ingredients
1. Make a caramel with powdered sugar in 5cl of water. Watch the cooking attentively.
2. When the caramel is golden brown, pour in the orange juice and the liquid cream. Mix. After it is well mixed, leave the sauce to cool and place it in the fridge until ready to serve.
3. For a quick dessert, simply pour over low fat quark cheese.
