Ingredients
1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (th. 5/6). Roll out 1 pastry dough in a tart pan, prick it with a fork and bake for 15 minutes.
2. Break 200 g of dark chocolate in a saucepan, melt it. Boil 20 cl of cream with 10 cl of milk. Remove from heat, pour over the chocolate and stir.
3. Grate the zest of 1 lime and squeeze Once the chocolate is cooled, mix in the lime zest and juice, and 1 beaten egg.
4. Pour in the tart shell, turn the oven temperature to 100°C (th. 3/4) and bake for 30 minutes. Let cool before serving.
