Chocolate bites with mandarin liqueur

For all chocolate dessert lovers, this recipe is for you. These bites of chocolate with mandarin liqueur is a pleasure for amateurs. We love it!

1. Separate the whites from the yolks and set the whites aside. Break the dark chocolate into small pieces in a saucepan, then pour the milk and melt over low heat.

2. Leave the pan on low heat, add the butter in pieces. Off the heat, add the sugar and egg yolks. Mix well and pour the mixture into a bowl. Beat the egg whites until stiff with 1 pinch of salt. Lift the chocolate mass gently. Pour the mandarin liqueur, stir and refrigerate.

3. Whip the cream with half of the icing sugar, then gradually add the rest of the sugar. Stop whipping when it is stiff. Add the whipped cream to the chocolate mousse and mix gently.

4. Fill a pastry bag with the mixture and pipe the chocolate cups. Make small milk chocolate chips with a peeler to decorate and place for 2 hours in the fridge.
