Here is an easy recipe to make potato chips vinegar. A casual appetizer to share with good friends.

1. Peel potatoes and cut them into thin slices with a mandolin. Wash them and keep them in cold water.

2. Heat the frying oil. Drain the  potato slices and pat dry well. Dip them in batches in hot oil until brown and crisp. Drain with a slotted spoon and place on a plate covered with paper towels. Salt and pepper.

3. Drizzle chips with vinegar before serving.
