Ingredients
1. Peel and grate the sweet potatoes and mix with the onion and chopped garlic, parsley, salt, pepper and beaten egg. Preheat the oven to th. 6/7 – 200°C.
2. With a tablespoon make heaps of batter, slightly flattened, and cook for 5 minutes on each side, in an oiled nonstick skillet over low heat. Then place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes.
3. Cut the bagel buns in half and toast them. Place the sweet potato patty and cover. Serve with beet greens and celery leaves, cherry tomatoes.
