General informations
Ingredients
1. Wash and drain the mesclun. Wash the green beans and steam for 15 minutes. Wash and cut the zucchini into strips, add to the green beans and steam for an extra 5 minutes.
2. Cook the tagliatelle in boiling salted water with red wine, as indicated on the package.
3. Drain the tagliatelle. Put them in a large pan with the vegetables, sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix and heat gently for 5 minutes on low heat. Serve warm.
