Goat cheese and potato tart

Try your hands on this tart with goat cheese and potatoes.

1. Roll out the puff pastry disc and transfer into a tart pan. Prick the tart shell with a fork.

2. Meanwhile, peel and cut onions. Peel and cut potatoes into thin slices.

3. In a pan with olive oil and butter, fry onions and potatoes for 10 to 15 minutes.

4. Season with salt and pepper, add the garlic and thyme, and cook for more 3 minutes.

5. Pour the mixture over the dough and arrange goat cheese slices. Beat the eggs with the cream, salt and pepper and pour over the tart.

6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (th. 6) for 30 to 35 minutes until golden. Serve warm or at room temperature, garnished with arugula.
