Prepare this tomato tartare in transparent glasses, it’s really pretty and tasty!

General informations
Ingredients
1. Rinse, dry and thin out the tarragon. Set aside 6 small branches and finely chop the rest. Wash, dry and seed the tomatoes. Dice into small pieces. Place in a bowl.
2. Peel and slice the shallots. Add to the bowl with the tomatoes. Stir the chopped tarragon and mix. Sprinkle the tartare with olive oil. Salt, pepper and mix again. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
3. Place the tomato tartare in bowls or cups. Decorate with the reserved tarragon. Serve well chilled.
