Celery and potato gratin
For gratin lovers, here is a recipe to make one with celery and potatoes. Let's try it!
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (th. 6/7). Peel the potatoes and cut into slices, 1 cm thick. Put in a pan of cold water with coarse salt and cook until they are tender but not overcooked.
2. Cut the goat cheese into slices 1 cm, keep half of them for the top of the gratin. Bring the cream to a boil and let melt half of the goat cheese. Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
3. Remove the celery leaves and cut lengthwise, then into small cubes of about 5 mm.
4. In a baking dish, alternate layers of successively potato slices and celery dices, then coat with the cream cheese mixture. Spread the remaining cheese on top and bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy with a salad or a meat.
