Turkey burger with tomatoes

Burger lovers, here is an easy recipe to prepare a turkey burger with tomatoes. Delightful!

1. Wash the tomatoes, cut into quarters and remove the seeds. Cut into small dice. Wash and chop the basil leaves. Finely chop the onions.

2. In a salad bowl, mix the tomatoes with the onions and basil. Add salt and pepper and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and mix. Refrigerate.

3. Prepare the turkey patties: Mince the turkey breasts, peel and chop the onion. Mix the meat, cumin, onion, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Shape into 6 patties. Cook them in a pan with a little oil, for 6-8 minutes on each side. Keep warm.

4. Cut the bun in half and toast them lightly. Spread the bread with ketchup, one side only. Add a teaspoon of the tomato salad and a turkey patty. Divide the remaining tomato salad and cover with the bun. Enjoy immediately with fries or potatoes.
