Prepare and feast yourself with this easy kebab recipe and yogurt dressing

General informations
Ingredients
1. Preheat oven to 210°C.
2. Steam the turkey fillets for 15 minutes. Cut them for 6 servings.
3. Peel and chop the shallots. Wash, dry and finely slice the spring onions.
4. Pour the yogurts in a bowl, add the shallots, cumin seeds and minced mint. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake the pita breads for 5 minutes on the oven rack.
5. Cut them in half and stuff each of them with a turkey fillet, sliced spring onions and spread with 1 tablespoon of the yogurt sauce. Serve immediately.
