Crab and cherry tomato clafoutis

The subtle flavors in these clafoutis made of cherry tomatoes, crab meat. Try and enjoy.

1. Preheat the oven to th. 6-180°C. Butter 6 small gratin dishes and distribute the tomatoes with the stems side up.

2. Whisk the eggs, add the milk and cream while beating. Add the crab meat and chopped chives. Add salt and pepper and mix. Pour the mixture over the tomatoes.

3. Bake for 20 minutes until the top is golden brown. Serve hot or cold.
