Chicken skewers with sweet soy sauce

Here is a chicken skewers recipe with sweet soy sauce. An all-star dish.

1. Cut the chicken breasts into pieces. Pepper and thread the chicken on wooden skewers.

2. Into a small saucepan, pour the sweet soy sauce and nuöc mám, and heat over low heat until a thicken sauce. Keep warm.

3. Place the skewers on the grill for 3 minutes on each side.

4. Brown the sesame seeds in a nonstick skillet without fat for 1 minute over medium heat, stirring. Once it starts browning, remove from the pan.

5. Place the skewers on the plates, pour the sauce over the chicken and add the sesame seeds.

Serve immediately with white rice decorated with chive sprigs.

Our cooking tip: It is also possible to use filet mignon or prawns.
