Zucchini "hot dogs" with ham

Delight your guests with this zucchini "hot dogs" with ham.

  Ingredients

1. Wash the zucchini and remove the skin and ends. Steam for 15 minutes. Wash and dry the basil. Cut the slices of ham into strips. Mix with mayonnaise, ketchup and pepper.

2. Cut the zucchinis into half lengthwise. Spread 6 half zucchini with the mayonnaise ketchup. Garnish with strips of ham. Place the remaining halves on top and tie with kitchen string.

3. Serve warm or cold, decorate with basil.
