1. Peel 3 garlic cloves. Wash and dry 10 parsley sprigs. Blend everything with 60 g of stale bread until breadcrumbs. Pour into a plate. Break and beat 1 egg in omelet in another plate.

2. Cut 600 g of veal filet mignon into 12 sticks. Heat 5 cl of sunflower oil. Dip the sticks in the egg, then roll in the breadcrumbs.

3. Fry for 1 minute on each side, then dry them on paper towels. Serve.
