Veal and melted cheese skewers

Complement these delicious veal skewers with a garden salad side dish.

1. Flatten the veal escalopes with your cleaver or rolling pin. Make the meat as thin as possible. Cut in half lengthwise and place it on a work surface.

2. Cover each piece of eat with melted cheese topped with a sage leaf. Roll the escalopes very tightly and prick with a skewer.

3. Heat oil in a pan and brown the skewers for 6 minutes, turning during mid cooking. Salt lightly and crack some pepper over it. Serve with salad.
