Ingredients
1. Wash, drain, thin out and chop coriander. Brown the sesame seeds for 2 to 3 minutes in a skillet.
2. Make a vinaigrette with soy sauce, sesame oil and sunflower oil. Add a few drops of tabasco to your taste.
3. Wash, dry and slice zucchini. Wash, peel and cut the green beans into sections. Steam vegetables for 5 minutes.
4. Steam pork cut into cubes for 15 minutes. Keep warm.
5. Mix the vegetables, diced pork and mache lettuce. Divide the mixture into bowls, drizzle with dressing, sprinkle with sesame seeds peanuts and coriander. Serve immediately.
