For an easy gourmet one-dish meal, try this spiced pork fillet for dinner.

1. Peel the garlic cloves. Place them in a mixing bowl and blend with the anise, fennel, green pepper, and black pepper seeds, as well as sea salt and olive oil. Blend until you get a smooth paste.

2. Cut the pork fillet lengthwise and spread over the spice paste. Let it rest for 1 hour at room temperature in a covered pot.

3. Preheat the oven at 200°C (th. 6/7). Bake the pot roast for 25 minutes, let it rest for 10 minutes in the oven before serving.
