Roast pork with mustard glaze

1. Place the pork roast (1.5 kg) in a baking dish. Salt and pepper. Don’t preheat the oven. Bake to 150°C (th. 5) for 1 hour 30 minutes, turning the meat several times to make it evenly brown.

2. Combine 8 tablespoons of mustard, 3 teaspoons grain mustard, 4 tablespoons of orange juice and 200 g of acacia honey. Take the meat out of the oven and brush with the sauce.

3. Pour 4 tablespoons of water in the bottom of the dish. Put back in the oven and cook for about 30 minutes, basting regularly. Leave to cool in the oven off before serving.
